Purpose: Private Banking applications, crossing all business functions including brokerage and client relationship management. Portal redesign goal was to enhance user experience by re-architecting search and navigation, streamlining functions, and establishing consistent design standards.
 

Role: User Experience Design and Information Architecture for new and existing applications. Collaborate with business and technology to define requirements; determine screen flow, navigation and labeling; create mockups and design presentations. Establish and document UI standards and styles. Write user help documentation. Design analysis for web application.
